To make the Browning Mix, combine Flour, Garlic Pepper, Paprika, Seasoned Salt, Onion Powder
Coat thighs with 1/2 cup of the browning mix, reserving remainder
Heat oil in large skillet
Brown thighs on all sides
Place Bell Pepper, onion, garlic, potatoes, tomatoes, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and broth in slow cooker.
Add Chicken (including oil) to slow cooker.
Using 3/4 cup water, deglaze pan, scraping up any brown bits.
Add to slow cooker.
Add any remaining browning mix from coating stage.
Stir well.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Thicken by adding additional browning mix and cooking an additional 20 - 30 minutes
Fish out any bones
